All Velocilinx peripherals come with a 1 year product warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the provisions of the disclaimer.


Conditions:

THE WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF ANY PROPOSAL, SPECIFICATION OR SAMPLE. VELOCILINX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. VELOCILINX NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER LIABILITY.

Velocilinx is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of this cable. Velocilinx’s policy is that all products meet their performance criteria.

If the product performance criteria specified has failed, however, we will replace the product for the warranty period stated as one year.

RMA

Velocilinx offers a 30 day right of return on most items subject to the terms and conditions identified below.


To return an item, contact your sales representative or call 1-866-822-5589 to obtain a RMA number. Numbers will be valid for 30 days from issue.


Unless deemed defective, all returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.


Call tags for product returns will not be issued unless a shipping error accord on our part.


Returns received by us that do not meet original shipping conditions will be subject to additional charges and/or will not be processed as returns.


In the rare case you find that you have a defective item, please contact your Account Manager for an RMA.


All items that have electronic components cannot be returned to us once opened except in cases of defects. Products will be evaluated upon return to us to confirm defects prior to completing the RMA.


Custom cables and other build-to-order products are NCNR - Non-Cancel, No Return. Cables deemed defective will be replaced.


All credits from RMAs must be used within one calendar year of issue.
