ROUTERS

Gaming, wireless, ethernet and industrial routers

Velocilinx's routers come in a variety of configurations and features. We seek the highest quality of product at a reasonable cost to our customers. Using a simple user interface to control the functions of the router and allowing the users to configure just what is needed helps set up the device quickly.

802.3ac routers

This band allows for higher throughput in that they add the “60GHz” band (57-66GHz band depending on the area of the world) to the 2.4GHz and 56GHz bands. The new band does have the limitation of not being able to go through walls and other harder surfaces.

Gaming routers

This router allows for prioritizing inbound and outbound gaming traffic on the network to allow smoother gaming experience.

Dual band routers

This setup allows for transmission over the 2.4GHz RF band (2.4GHz) and the 5.0GHz RF bands (5GHz). The maximum speed on 2.4GHz is 300 Mbps where the maximum speed on 5GHz is 600 Mbps

Tri-band routers

This setup allows for faster network traffic flow by one signal on the 2.4GHz RF band and having two signals in the 5GHz RF band for higher throughput.

Industrial routers

These routers are designed to withstand the harshest of environments. They are built with a rugged sealed case to protect against dust and splashing water.

Specifications

  • Wired gigabit ethernet ports – plug equipment directly into the back of the router.
  • Dynamic DNS support – allows for access to internal computer services when using a dynamic IP address rather than a static address internet protocol (IP Address) filtering – give permissions and set timing based on IP addresses.
  • Dynamic DNS support – allows for access to internal computer services when using a dynamic IP address rather than a static address internet protocol (IP Address) filtering – give permissions and set timing based on IP addresses.
  • DMZ (demilitarized zone) – this isolates certain computers or devices from the rest of the network virtual servers – allows for routing of certain protocols to certain computers.
  • NAT – network Address Translation allows for different IP address inside the network vs what the external world sees Wireless Security – uses the latest security protocols for advanced security of a wireless network.
  • MU-MIMO – Wireless network protocol that allows multiple users to connect to a single antenna on a router and be treated with multiple input and multiple output streams each at the same time.
  • Wireless modes – product complies with 802.11a (5Ghz), 802.11b (2.4Ghz), 802.11g (2.4Ghz), 802.11n (2.4GHz & 5Ghz), 802.11ac (2.4GHz & 5Ghz), and 802.11ad (2.4GHz & 5Ghz, 60GHz).
  • Encryption protocols – WEP (64 or 128 bit), WPA (TKIP), WPA2 (AES) Maximum speeds per bandwidth– 2.4GHz: 800Mbps, 5GHz: 1750Mbps, 60GHz: 4600Gbps.
